At NCM we have many years of experience in supporting clients from blue chip clients, through to smaller businesses, local authorities, educational organisations and the third sector with their service requirements for their printers...

With support services across all major technology platforms, networks and vendors, NCM ensure fast resolution time through our field-based technical teams.

NCM include a number of famous retail brands as customers including the Dixons Retail Group, John Lewis and Waitrose, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, WH Smith, B&Q and Halfords. In the financial services arena we have many customers including Nationwide. NCM work airside in many UK airports and support a number of large police forces, as well as the London Fire Brigade.

Our team

NCM have a team of over 70 engineers based strategically around the UK and Eire allowing us to offer an on site service at any location from the North of Scotland through to the South coast of England. Our engineers are all CRB and Security checked as required by many of our customers. NCM engineers are all highly trained and between them have achieved hundreds of accreditations from all the main printer manufacturers including Lexmark, Hewlett Packard, Canon, Samsung, Epson, Dell and Xerox. Engineers have their own flight kits of commonly used parts for all devices under contract with us, allowing for a first time fix rate in excess of 97% on a next business day standard SLA. For security all company vehicles are tracked via GPS.

Our service

The NCM service proposition is provided as a “white box” product meaning that our engineers do not carry any branding from a specific manufacturer allowing us to support multi vendor print solutions on any site or sites. Our services are available on a fixed price contractual basis to cover all parts and labour, or an ad hoc time and materials arrangement.
